01
Purpose / no offer
This site is provided for informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment product, and it is not individualized investment, legal, or tax advice.
Any offering will be made only through the applicable governing documents, to eligible investors, and where permitted.
02
Services and roles
Model portfolios and related advisory services are provided by the adviser identified in the applicable client materials. E6 Portfolios may provide model administration, trading support, billing, and performance reporting. MHL TAMP or other affiliates may provide platform or program services.
The specific provider, scope of service, and fee arrangement are described in the relevant agreement and disclosure documents.
eVision is an ecosystem or platform name and does not replace the identity of the legal entity providing each regulated service. M. H. LeBlang, Inc., doing business in its investment-advisory capacity as MHL TAMP, may provide affiliated strategies or subadvisory services under separate agreements.
03
Performance materials
Performance displayed in the professional-use model explorer or supplied in other strategy materials may be model or hypothetical performance and may not represent any actual client account. Actual results differ because of implementation timing, cash flows, restrictions, taxes, fees, and other account-specific factors.
Returns may use third-party or manager-supplied data and may be delayed, estimated, preliminary, or revised. Detailed methodology, assumptions, limitations, and the complete applicable presentation are available with the performance material.
Model or hypothetical performance is intended only for an audience for whom E6 has determined the presentation is relevant under its applicable marketing policies and procedures. Access and distribution may be limited. Recipients should review the criteria, assumptions, risks, limitations, and gross and net fee treatment before using the information.
04
Fees and expenses
The annual strategy wrap fee schedule below reflects E6's Investment Strategies Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1 dated March 27, 2026. Fees are assessed monthly in arrears using the account's average daily balance.
| Strategy | Annual program fee |
|---|---|
| ZERO, 529, Special Needs, and Cash Strategies | 0.00% |
| Third-Party Static Strategies | 0.12% |
| E6 Strategies | 0.28% |
| Daily TLH-Optimized / Third-Party Dynamic Strategies | 0.38% |
Program fees do not necessarily include an independent financial advisor's fee, E6 administrative fees, underlying fund or vehicle expenses, custody and banking fees, transaction costs, or taxes. These additional costs reduce investment returns when applicable.
E6 may charge a $5.00 monthly platform/administration fee to eligible accounts with balances of at least $10,000. That client-charged fee generally does not apply to ZERO or Cash Strategy accounts, unless the applicable agreement provides otherwise. For smaller accounts and certain account types, the Primary Advisor may pay E6 under a separate agreement.
TLO+ is an optional household-level add-on available to eligible households with at least $250,000 in billable E6-managed household assets. Its annual fee is 0.20% on the first $5,000,000 and 0.00% above $5,000,000, in addition to strategy and Primary Advisor fees. The E6 administration fee is generally waived or credited for eligible linked accounts while the household is enrolled in TLO+, subject to the applicable agreements.
“100% advisor payout” refers only to the Primary Advisor retaining the separately established advisory fee where the applicable relationship agreement provides for that arrangement. It is not a broker-dealer commission payout and does not mean the client pays no investment, platform, product, custody, tax, or other costs.
05
Conflicts / affiliations
E6 Portfolios is owned through E6 Holding, LLC. M. H. LeBlang, Inc., doing business as MHL Investments and, in its investment-advisory capacity, MHL TAMP, is affiliated with E6 through common ownership and control. Aegis Wealth Group LLC, doing business as Everspire, and TomiPlan are also affiliated businesses.
E6 and a Primary Advisor may recommend or make available strategies or subadvisory services provided by MHL TAMP. This creates a conflict of interest because affiliated firms benefit from the relationship. E6 addresses the conflict through disclosure, due diligence, ongoing oversight, and its best-interest obligation. Use of an affiliated provider is not required.
Securities are offered through MHL Investments, Member FINRA/ SIPC. Insurance services are offered by M.H. LeBlang, Inc. Insurance Services CA, Insurance License 0M32052.

Digital tools, uploads, and third parties
The risk-tolerance and statement-scanning tools available on this site are provided through an embedded third-party service. Information entered, uploaded, or connected through those tools is transmitted to and processed by the third-party provider and may be subject to its separate terms, privacy practices, security controls, and retention policies.
Users should upload only information they are authorized to share and should remove unnecessary sensitive identifiers when practical. E6 does not warrant that an automated extraction, score, classification, or analysis will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Tool outputs are educational estimates based on the information and assumptions supplied. They do not constitute individualized investment, legal, or tax advice; create an advisory relationship; or constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an investment.
07
Investment risks
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. No strategy is assured of achieving its objective, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Public-market investments are subject to market, interest-rate, credit, liquidity, tracking, counterparty, and operational risks. Derivatives, leverage, short positions, and concentrated exposures can magnify losses.
Private investments involve additional risks, including limited liquidity, transfer restrictions, valuation uncertainty, leverage, default, concentration, delayed redemptions, and multi-year holding periods. They are available only to eligible investors for whom they are suitable.
Digital assets, if used, are highly volatile and speculative and are subject to technology, cybersecurity, fraud, custody, regulatory, pricing, and liquidity risks. Investors should risk only capital they can afford to lose.
